What went wrong: Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Diagnosed the issue, patched a single component, and left the twin untouched.
Root cause: Sed do eiusmod — treated the symptom on one screen instead of tracing the shared source feeding every surface.
How we fixed it: Ut enim ad minim — when a root cause touches many places, fix the source and sweep all surfaces in the same pass.

02 26 MAY Process

What went wrong: Consectetur adipiscing elit, reasoned about a visual bug from the source alone and proposed the wrong fix.
Root cause: Tempor incididunt — never opened the rendered UI; assumed the CSS told the whole story.
How we fixed it: Screenshot before theorising. For any visual task, read the source and see the pixels first.

03 25 MAY Writing

What went wrong: Quis nostrud exercitation — led a document's second section with scope before stating the problem.
Root cause: Ullamco laboris — defaulted to a generic template order rather than the house standard.
How we fixed it: Lead Section 2 with the problem statement, always. Scope comes after.
